Spira Mindful Wellness will give you the tools necessary to develop a mindfulness practice that is founded on self-awareness, enhancing emotional availability in even the most stressful situations.

We offer training via Zoom or in Person.

Mindfulness is a dosage-related phenomenon, so we recommend an extended course of 1-2 hours once a month for a few months. But we can work with your needs and create short single-event curriculums.

Spira Mindful Wellness specializes in creating unique lecture series on stress management, resilience training, interpersonal communication and inner being awareness to fit your community.

If you are interested in our services, we will set up an interview and study session to develop a unique program to fit your organization’s need; you tell us your trials and difficulties, and we will structure the lecture or lectures to fit your needs to help you reach your goals.
